Do I need any technical background?
None. If you can open a laptop and follow instructions, you have everything you need. The entire workshop is built around tools that require zero coding.

What software do I need?
A Claude Pro or Max subscription (claude.ai) and the free Claude Desktop app. Both are set up and configured together during the workshop — you don't need to do anything in advance except create your account.

Is this the same as your previous AI for Business Growth workshop?
No. That workshop covers AI fundamentals broadly. This workshop is focused exclusively on agentic AI — AI that executes tasks autonomously. It picks up where fundamentals leave off and is appropriate for anyone who has already explored AI tools and wants to move from using them to deploying them.
